Okay, I tried to draw a quick portrait of Dr. House (which sucked as usual - I'm no good at portraits). Funny thing is, it actually looks more like House if you look at it upside down.

Looks like the 4th PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN movie is called Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides [link] , which is also the name of a book dealing with pirates who are after the Fountain of Youth, and whose author will supposedly appear in the film as an extra, as my exhaustive (2 minutes) search revealed to me.

~DomOrdep also found a website with a rumor saying Captain Nemo and his submarine the Nautilus, from Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea, are going to show up in the film even though the Pirates movies take place about 150 years before Captain Nemo was born.
